The registration fee for interviewing
employers includes one guest suite per schedule. This room can be used for
Thursday lodging and Friday interviews. The registration fee for employers who
are not interviewing but who are hosting an informational table does not include
a guest suite. However, informational table employers who wish to stay the
night at the hotel can reserve a room at the Crowne Plaza for a special rate.
Registration costs for Sunbelt are as follows:
Private Sector employer: $375
Public Sector employer: $200
Information Table only: $100
Employers are responsible for reserving any additional guest rooms at the Crowne Plaza Suites. The Crowne Plaza offers a special room rate for additional rooms for Sunbelt employers of $126 based on check-in after 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 4, 2008, and 5:00 p.m. check-out on Friday, September 5, 2008. The hotel also offers special rates for employers who wish to stay over the weekend. You must refer to the Sunbelt Minority Recruitment Program when making your reservation to receive the special rates.
The hotel is easily accessible from either Dallas Love Field (17 miles) or Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (22 miles), as well as via DART Rail from the DART Rail/Forest Lane Station (3 miles). The hotel offers a complimentary train station shuttle service.
